High Income Skills 2024: Free AI Courses those Offer Certifications to Learn High-Income Skills
The future economy will be based on skills. Your well-rounded skills are more important than your degree in a labor market booming with job vacancies. Employers seem to be prioritizing AI skills over other skills. According to a recent AWS Survey that sought to understand workplace sentiment regarding AI skills, 73% of employers view hiring talent with AI experience and skills as a priority. Nearly three-quarters (75%) say they cannot find the talent that they need.
What AI skills are needed?
By using the term “AI Skills”, do not assume that employers only need technical skills. This could not possibly be farther from the truth. Employers reported in the same survey that creative thinking and critical thinking are two “soft” skills in demand in the workplace and necessary for artificial intelligence implementation. These High Income Skills 2024 are, of course, in addition to data analytics, generative AI and prompt engineering.
AI skills, such as Generative AI alone, can boost your salary up to 47%. Critical and creative thinking will propel you into management and leadership roles, which will accelerate your career and increase your pay.
Springboard’s State of the Workplace Skills Gap report 2024, which surveyed over 1,000 U.S. professionals, revealed that “70% of the leaders” believe there is a skills shortage. A majority of large businesses are running with under skilled employees. “Over a third” of leaders report that this is limiting innovation and growth.
Soft skills, such as creativity and innovation, are crucial in this period because of the limited growth and innovation.
The report concluded, among other shocking findings, “the majority of large businesses are operating with a workforce under-skilled.” A third of leaders report limited growth and innovation as a result. One in five companies has difficulty keeping up with the technological changes.
The skills gap is not improving either. Close to 40% of CEOs, say the skills gap has widened in the past year. More than a third of them agree that hard skills have a shelf life less than two years. Free Online Certificate Courses By 2024
